The Global Learning Observatory on Generative Artificial Intelligence in Education (GLOBE-GenAI) emerged from a shared vision among researchers and educators seeking to better understand the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in education.

From these beginnings, GLOBE-GenAI has evolved into an international research network dedicated to advancing cross-cultural understanding of Generative AI in higher education and promoting its responsible, ethical, inclusive, and effective integration into teaching and learning.

Today, GLOBE-GenAI is a growing global community of researchers, built collectively through international scientific collaboration. Read our story.
